Shoes Guarantee

The product, returned to You by the end shoe user in accordance with the RF law "On Protection of Consumer Rights", shall be a subject to satisfaction by us and replacement of the similar product or replacement with that of another model, type with the corresponding purchase price, or return of the amount paid for such product. Also, return and exchange procedure may take place, if hidden defects of the product were detected during presale preparation in Your retail chain.

Return and replacement timing of products are determined by agreement.

You should show following supporting documents for products replacement:

1. Invoice for the returned goods.
2. Statement signed in the end shoe user handwriting.
3. Written resolution of the organization arranging independent expert examination of the returned goods with the fixed manufacturing defects.
4. Digital photo of the product with manufacturing defects, if the end shoe user has not applied for the independent expert examination.
5. A photocopy of the sales receipt, confirming the sale of the good to the consumer.

Delivery payment of the returned goods is carried out by us.
